***DATES UNAVAILABLE*** May 24-27; June 12- July 8; July 28- August 4 - Sign setups will be unavailable over these dates, however I am able to still take future bookings during this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The rates below include your sign greeting with balloon and star fillers, 6-8 graphics(grad signs include 4-6 graphics), greeting delivery*, set up and pick up -
$80 - One day Standard Happy Birthday Yard Sign Rental. Includes Happy Birthday, Age, Name and Graphics.
$10 - Additional Name Added to Happy Birthday Yard Sign Rental
$85 - Anniversary, Baby Shower/New Baby, Retirement, School Appreciation, Wedding/Wedding Shower, Welcome Home or any Custom Personalized, Single Phrase Yard Sign Rental (up to 20 characters)
$1.50 - For each additional character over 20 characters
$85 - Graduation Yard Sign Rental. Includes "Congrats" + Graduate Name & Additional Graphics (GRAD Yard Sign Rentals will be set up the morning of date chosen and picked up the following morning. No evening before setups. Let me know if you have a special request and I will determine if I can accommodate set up outside of normal times).
$95 - Graduation Yard Sign Rental. Includes "Congrats" + Graduate Name, Graduation Year & Additional Graphics ***limited availability*** (GRAD Yard Sign Rentals will be set up the morning of date chosen and picked up the following morning. No evening before setups. Let me know if you have a special request and I will determine if I can accommodate set up outside of normal times).
$55 - Mini Happy Birthday Yard Sign Rental (only available for very small yards or spaces) Includes Name and Graphics
$25 - Rush Fee for Orders Placed within 48 hours-Based on Availability
$30 - For Each Additional Day – Based on availability & weather conditions(not eligible for Graduation Signs)
*Fuel Surcharge - additional fuel charges will apply if travel distance to set-up location is over 10 miles

- I will email a response to your booking inquiry within 48 hours of receiving your request. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam and junk mail folders.
- After your request is confirmed, you will receive a separate email invoice for payment. All major credit/debit cards are accepted and payment is due upon receipt.
- Payment must be received to confirm your reservation on my calendar and must be received at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $25 rush order fee.
- Day of Event/Morning deliveries weekdays between 9am-10am and weekends 7am-10am; Evening Before deliveries are standard 6pm-9pm.
- The yard sign stays up approximately 24 hours from time of installation. Signs can stay up longer for an additional charge(weather permitting).
- All signs are property of Sign Dreamers and as the renter you are responsible for any damage. Please do not move or alter the signs.
- I cannot set up in inclement weather, especially high winds and thunderstorms. If possible, I will attempt to install your sign at a different time, but if I'm unable to setup, you will receive a full refund when I cancel. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so within 48 hours of your reservation set up time in order to receive a full refund.
- Unfortunately at this time, I am unable to set up signs for zip codes that are outside of my designated service area.
