$89 - Baby Shower Sign Installation; One day standard Baby Announcement/Shower Yard Greeting Rental. Includes Welcome or It's a Boy/Girl, Name and Graphics. Color is subject to availability (we will contact you with options).
$89 - Happy Anniversary Sign Installation; One day standard Anniversary Yard Greeting Rental. Includes Happy Anniversary, Years Married and Graphics. Color is subject to availability (we will contact you with options).
$89 - Graduation/Congrats Sign Installation; One day standard Graduation Yard Greeting Rental. Includes Congrats, Name and Graphics. Color is subject to availability (we will contact you with options).

$99 - Custom Sign Installation; One day standard Custom Yard Greeting Rental. Includes Custom Message (approx. 30 letters) and Graphics. Color is subject to availability (we will contact you with options).

$30 - Additional Rental Day; You may rent the Yard Greeting for additional days at $30 per day.
$30 - Additional Name or Phrase; You may add an additional name or phrase to your order for $30 (up to 30 letters).

$15 - Out of Area Delivery Fee. Additional 5 miles.
$25 - Out of Area Delivery Fee. Additional 10 miles.
$40 - Out of Area Delivery Fee. Additional 15 miles.
$30 - Rush Order; For same day/rush orders. Based on availability only. Please confirm order before using this option.
$30 - Travel Fee if/when we are unable to install the sign due to dry/hard ground or space limitations.
$30 - Damage Fee. If any signs are damaged in any way during the rental, a damage fee of $30 per letter/graphic will be billed.
IN PURCHASING A YARD SIGN GREETING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
• We make it simple and take care of everything for you. A yard greeting includes a personalized phrase, delivery, set-up, and take down.
• Payment is due at the time of a booking confirmation. Until you have paid, your order is not confirmed.
• You are paying for short-term rental of signs from Sign Dreamers. This is not a purchase.
• A screwdriver test is required to be sure your lawn can take a yard sign. If a screwdriver cannot go in your yard 6 inches easily, neither will a yard sign stake. We recommend thoroughly watering your yard for 2 days prior to placement. If we get to your location and cannot install the sign, we will refund you minus a $30 travel fee.
• We will not be able to set up signs in winds that are 20 mph or above or in inclement weather. We will gladly reschedule or offer a refund.
• If any signs are damaged in any way during the rental, a damage fee of $30 per letter/graphic will be billed.
• Sign Dreamers and all representatives are not responsible or liable for an injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set up or take down of the yard greeting.
• If you have a lawn service, please have them come before we set up or after we take down. Lawnmowers or string trimmers will damage the signs.
• We will not deliver on holidays: New Years Eve/Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving.
• We try to respond to requests as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 24 hours for a response after submitting your request.
• Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting set up. Our signs will not the support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting, or playing on them.
• Please DO NOT attach balloons or anything else to the signs.
• Please DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs.
• Please DO NOT move or remove our signs for any reason. If you need them taken down early please contact us and we will gladly come to pick them up.
